Since we're stoked here in Blenderville about Women's History Month, we took a quick T.O. to sit down and speak with a couple of the team members that help keep our company in Forward Motion.
Today, we're featuring our incredible chief financial officer, Taylor Torretta!

1. As our CFO, what do you do at Blenders?
Taylor: As Blenders CFO, I strive to constantly translate numbers into words and tell the full story through data and results. I work closely with all teams to understand impacts of current and new initiatives, work to grow current and new team members, and ultimately am responsible for the financial health of Blenders to ensure its longevity for years to come.
2. How would you describe a day in the life at Blenders?
Taylor: Always different and exciting. From various product drops and promotions to sales channel expansion and growth to company wide engagement and activities, there is never a dull moment at Blenders.
3. What does being a female executive mean to you?
Taylor: I am honored to be Blenders's first female executive. There continues to be inequality in the world and in the workplace but I truly believe that if you work hard, put your mind to something, and never let anyone get in your way, you can and will achieve anything you desire. I hope I am a positive role model for all females striving to break the norm.
4. What or who motivated you to get to where you are today?
Taylor: My parents. Both extremely hard working, endlessly loving, and always supportive. They never missed a single school, sport, or life event and always told me I could achieve the impossible. Without them, I wouldn’t be who I am today.
